Ramble doesn’t cover a box on your own label. The shop’s photos show how it was packed and sealed.
Both shops photograph your instrument, so damage in transit can be proven.
The drop-off shop photographs it before and after packing, and the pickup shop photographs the box before opening it. A complete audit trail of the drop off, packing, and arrival protects your instrument from end to end.

- You add services when you bookYou add them at the drop-off shop, and the receiver adds them at the pickup shop. Each shop sets its own prices. You can also add one later, while the shop has your instrument, until it finishes its services.
- The drop-off shop does its servicesIt does them after you drop your instrument off, and before it packs it.
- The pickup shop does its servicesIt does them after the box arrives, and before your instrument is ready for pickup.
- Your shipment page shows each oneYou see whether each service is booked, in progress or done, with any note from the shop. If a shop can’t do one, it cancels it and tells you why, and you don’t pay for it.
